If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, you will need to purchase that product separately and upon receipt and verification of condition, we will refund the original product.
Please note the following conditions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned products must be in original product packaging and show no visible signs of wear or use.
- If the original product packaging is damaged, a restocking fee may be charged, to cover repackaging.
- Where the return is due to a change of heart, the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.
- Where the return is due to a faulty product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
From there, we will agree the best way to get the products back to us and resolve the matter.
Once the products are returned to us and the condition inspected, we will contact you by email to confirm the refund will take place.
This is handled by Shopify and may take up to 14 days.
